We offer a profile-worthy guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your headshots, we will refund your purchase. We do not require a complicated explanation or any technical threshold test.

Our Promise

If your paid headshots are not good enough for the profile, application, or professional use you bought them for, let us know and we will refund you. The policy is meant to be simple, generous, and easy to understand.

How Refunds Work

Contact us at support@headshotcanvas.com within 14 days of purchase.

You are welcome to tell us what did not work, but you do not need to justify your request or meet any technical criteria to qualify.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

What Is Covered

All paid tiers are covered: Starter, Pro, and Premium.

Unsatisfactory quality or results that do not resemble you are covered.

What Is Not Covered

The free tier is not covered because no payment was made.

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not covered.

Abuse of the refund policy, including repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests, is not covered.
