By accessing or using HeadshotCanvas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
HeadshotCanvas provides AI-powered headshot generation from a user-uploaded photo. Users upload one selfie and receive AI-generated headshot outputs.
We currently offer a free tier with a watermarked output and paid one-time purchase tiers at $29, $39, and $59 USD.
Results are AI-generated and may not be perfect representations. Output quality can vary depending on the source photo and the limitations of AI systems.
Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 16 years old to use HeadshotCanvas.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
Each user is limited to one free trial.
You must provide an accurate email address so we can deliver service-related notices.
Acceptable Use
Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use.
Do not upload inappropriate, illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or misuse our AI models or infrastructure.
Do not use the service for deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive conduct.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload to HeadshotCanvas.
You receive a license to use your generated headshots for personal and professional purposes.
HeadshotCanvas does not retain ownership of your uploaded photos and does not claim a continuing license to use them beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
The HeadshotCanvas brand, website design, software, and service are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Payment Terms
All paid purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe.
Prices are listed in USD.
Purchases are final except as described in our refund policy.

Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadshotCanvas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
